Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information Dhrishti collects, why, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Order and account details: name, email address, mobile number, delivery and billing address, order history.
- Login details: if you sign up or log in with your mobile number, we use your number and send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS to verify it.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment gateway partners. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookies.
- Approximate location: we use your IP address to estimate your country so we can show prices in the right currency (₹ in India, $ elsewhere). The choice is remembered in a cookie (
dh_cur) and you can change it from the site header. - Messages you send us: emails, WhatsApp or phone enquiries.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, and send order and delivery updates.
- To create and secure your account, including OTP verification.
- To answer your questions and handle damage or duplicate-order requests.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To improve the website and our products.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the shop, and only what they need: courier and delivery partners, payment gateways, SMS / OTP and email providers, website hosting, and authorities when the law requires it.

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and currency, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (cart, checkout, your account) may stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep order and account information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure connections and restricted access. No online service can be completely risk-free, so please keep your password and OTPs private.

You can view and update your details from your account page. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you messages, by contacting us below. We will respond as required by applicable Indian law.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
