We pack every Dhrishti order with care and ship it as quickly as we can. This policy explains where we deliver and how long it takes.
Delivery times

Delivery times are counted from the day your order is dispatched. They are estimates: weather, festivals, courier delays or remote locations can add time.
International orders
We are not accepting international orders at the moment. If you live outside India or need something delivered abroad, please contact us and we will see what we can arrange for your specific need.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed (or, for cash on delivery, after we confirm your order). You will receive an update by SMS or email once your parcel is dispatched, with tracking details where the courier provides them.
Shipping address
Please check your address, PIN code and phone number carefully before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or because it was not accepted, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not discard the packaging and contact us right away. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.
