1. About us
This website is operated by Dhrishti Essentials, No. 14/1 Thirumoorthi Street, Rajamill Road, Pollachi, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 642001 (“Dhrishti”, “we”, “us”).
2. Our products
Dhrishti products are traditional ritual and cultural items rooted in family customs. They are offered based on tradition and belief and are not medical products. We make no medical, scientific or guaranteed-outcome claims. Product photos are for illustration; colours, packaging and natural materials may vary slightly between batches.
3. Safe use
Some items involve burning camphor, salt or herbs. Use them only as described in the instructions, on the heat-safe plate provided, away from children, pets, curtains and flammable objects, and never leave a flame unattended. You are responsible for using the products safely.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example because of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an address we cannot serve. We will confirm acceptance when your order is confirmed or dispatched.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) for customers in India and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you place the order. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card or UPI details.
6. Shipping, cancellation and refunds

7. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details (and any one-time passwords sent to your phone) confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please give accurate information.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, no scraping or copying of our content for commercial use, and no false or fraudulent orders.
9. Intellectual property
The Dhrishti name, logo, artwork, illustrations, photographs, text and design are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhrishti is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or products, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
